Concrete rehabilitation along 21st Ave East to start July 18
 
[Duluth, MN] – The City of Duluth will be starting concrete pavement rehabilitation along 21st Ave East, from London Road up to Superior Street, starting Wednesday, July 18, 2012. Street preservation is a priority for the City and the completed project will ensure safer smoother roads for all users.
 
The project will require traffic detours. Access to residents and local businesses will be maintained. The project is scheduled to be completed this summer.
