Jesse Hanninen has a felony warrant for his arrest for violation of supervised release, 69DU-CR-12-1302. He has a history of property crimes including motor vehicle tampering, criminal damage to property and theft.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Jesse Hanninen. Anyone with any information, has seen or knows the whereabouts of Hanninen, is asked to call 911.
