INCIDENT LOCATION: Area Surrounding Bayfront Festival Park
Traffic is expected to be congested in and around the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC) and Bayfront Festival Park this weekend with the 2012 Bayfront Blues Festival taking place. The festival begins this Friday, August 10th, 2012 and runs through Sunday, August 12th, 2012. Bayfront Blues Festival hours are: Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM and Sunday 10:30 AM until 7:30 PM.
Access to William Irvin Tours, Vista Excursions, and the DECC Ticket Office is suggested to be from the east, using Harbor Drive. The Great Lakes Aquarium will be open for normal business hours and can be accessed using 5th Avenue West.
Paid parking for the Bayfront Blues Festival is located in lots off Railroad Street just west of the 5th Ave. W connector, and in the DECC parking lot.
