Dallas Torgerson has felony warrants for his arrest stemming from a parole violation. He has a history of crimes involving check forgery, and issuing dishonored checks.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Dallas Torgerson. Anyone with any information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Torgerson, is asked to call 911.
