Dallas Torgerson has felony warrants for his arrest stemming from a parole violation. He has a history of crimes involving check forgery and issuing dishonored checks.
The Duluth Police Department is still seeking the public’s help in locating Dallas Torgerson. Anyone who has seen Dallas Torgerson or has any information of his whereabouts, is asked to call 911.
