The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender DAN RICO SIMS, DOB: 10/27/1982.
SIMS is currently living in the vicinity of 22nd Avenue West and Second Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
SIMS engaged in sexual contact with a 13 year-old female victim. Contact included fondling and penetration. Force was used to gain compliance. Offender gained access to victim by approaching her in a public place. Offender was not previously known to victim.
The physical description of SIMS is:
Race: Black
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 143 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Build: Medium
Complexion: Dark Brown
