Johnson has a felony warrant stemming from a burglary, 69DU-CR-11-1015. He also has a misdemeanor warrant for possession of stolen property, 69DU-CR-11-3806. 
 
UPDATE:
On Sunday, September 9th, 2012 at 2:41 PM Duluth Police officers located and arrested Andrew Johnson without incident at his apartment in the 2100 block of West Second Street. During the arrest Johnson said that he knew he was the Duluth Police "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week" and a Duluth Police Sergeant asked him what he thought about that and Johnson said it made him decide to turn himself in, which he said was just about to do before he was arrested.  He was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail and lodged on the two warrants.
