The Duluth Police Department is still seeking the public’s help in locating the following individuals who all have outstanding warrants for their arrest:
- DALLAS JEREMIAH TORGERSON, DOB 06/30/1984
- JAMES DOUGLAS LOVE, DOB 05/31/1969
- CINDY RAE ENDERS, DOB 01/26/1982
Anyone who has seen Dallas Torgerson, James Love or Cindy Enders or has any information of their whereabouts is asked to call 911.
