[Duluth, MN] – Duluth Mayor Don Ness and economic development leaders will hold a news conference today, September 13, 2012 at Noon in Duluth City Hall (Room 405) in response to Governor Dayton’s anticipated announcement at 11:00 a.m. about the $47.5 million State Capital Projects Grant awards. Duluth's project was among 37 finalists and was ranked among the top three submissions statewide.
 
 
Mayor Ness will make remarks and be available for questions.
