Lane Restrictions Along West 2nd Street Starting October 10
[Duluth, MN] - Starting tomorrow, October 10, 2012 the Skywalk over West 2nd Street that extends from the St. Louis County Courthouse to the St. Louis County parking ramp will undergo a roof replacement. The work will start on Wednesday morning and should be completed by Friday afternoon. Motorists should watch for lane closures and possible delays while traveling along West 2nd Street behind the Courthouse.
