Portion of Woodland Ave to temporarily close for utility project
 
[Duluth, MN] - Starting Monday, October 15, 2012, Woodland Avenue will be closed from 7:00 pm Monday evening until 7:00 am Tuesday morning between Elizabeth Street and Clover Street for a sanitary sewer project. Detour signs will be posted.
