Hair: Blonde
Duluth Police are seeking the public’s help in locating HALEY ENGSTAD. ENGSTAD has a warrant for Felony Theft and is a suspect in numerous cell phone thefts from individuals known and unknown to her. She has recently been frequenting coffee shops and asking individuals to use their cell phone. ENGSTAD then flees the scene with the phone.
If anyone has any information, has seen or knows the whereabouts of HALEY ENGSTAD they are asked to call 911.
UPDATE:
On Thursday, October 18th, 2012 Duluth Police put out a press release seeking the public’s assistance in locating HALEY ENGSTAD.
On Friday, October 19th, 2012 at 10:43 AM Duluth police received information that ENGSTAD was currently in the 200 block of South 27th Avenue West. Officers located her and she was arrested without incident.
Engstad was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail and booked on the warrant. Duluth Police would like to thank the public and media for assisting us in locating and arresting Engstad
