Nicholas Yagoda has a felony warrant for 2nd degree burglary and offering a forged check, 69DU-CR-12-2968.
UPDATE:
On October, 11th 2012 Duluth Police put out a press release on Property Crimes Wanted Person – Nicholas Yagoda. On October 26th, Duluth Police learned that Nicholas Yagoda had turned himself in and made an appearance in court on the warrant on October 16th. The warrant is now quashed and an omnibus hearing is scheduled for October 31, 2012.
