Public Information Meeting to Discuss Proposed Changes to the Unified Development Chapter

 

The City of Duluth Planning Division invites the public to attend an upcoming informational meeting to learn more about the revisions to the City’s zoning code, known as the Unified Development Chapter (UDC).  The proposed changes relate primarily to the following topics: vacation home rentals, residential and commercial planned developments, signage, and the higher educational overlay district.  These changes were reviewed at the Planning Commission’s October 9, 2012 meeting.

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting, which is being held on Wednesday, November 7th, at 5:30 PM, at the Duluth City Hall, Room 303 (411 West First Street).  There will be a brief presentation at 5:30 PM, followed by an open house style information meeting at 5:45 PM.
