The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender DAN RICO SIMS, DOB: 10/27/1982.
SIMS is currently living in the vicinity of 20th Avenue West and Superior Street. Duluth, MN 55806.
SIMS was charged with abducting a victim whom he had recently met (female, age 13) from a public place and engaged in sexual contact, including alleged penetration, the use of force and the assistance of an accomplice. Offender was convicted of Criminal Sexual Contact in the Fourth Degree. Offender has additional criminal history including Assault resulting in substantial bodily harm, robbery, disorderly conduct and terroristic threats.

Weight: 143 pounds

Build: Medium
Complexion: Dark Brown
