INCIDENT LOCATION: Best Western Motel, 131 West Second Street
On Wednesday, November 28th, 2012 at 9:11 PM Duluth Police responded to an armed robbery at the Best Western Motel, 131 West Second Street.
Initial investigation revealed the suspect entered the lobby displayed a handgun and demanded money from a female employee. The suspect was described as follows:
- White male
- 20’s
- 5’ 8”
- Thin build
- Wearing dark pants, a black hat and bandana
The suspect brought the employee to a bathroom and put a chair on the door. The suspect was last seen leaving the motel parking lot on foot with a second suspect who was described as a male, wearing dark clothing and having a bandana over his face.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911. This is an active investigation. No further information is available at this time.
