Duluth Police arrest two Duluth men for burglary of a local business.
On December 5, 2012 at 5:28 am, the Duluth Police Department responded to the report of a burglary at Clyde Iron Works Restaurant located at 2920 W. Michigan St. An employee entered the building and heard someone in a back room which prompted the employee to call 911. Two suspects fled out of the building on foot and were apprehended a short time later. The suspects, Jesse D Hanninen (DOB 11/16/1986) and Brett Allen Delvalley (DOB 07/10/1984), were both charged with aid and abet 2nd degree burglary, aid and abet 3rd degree burglary and possession of a police radio during the commission of a crime. Delvalley was also charged with possession of burglary tools. Both males were lodged at the St. Louis County Jail and have now been formally charged.
