Haley Engstad has failed to appear for court and has NINE warrants for her arrest, FIVE of them felony warrants. The felony warrants stem from cases involving theft, theft by swindle, check forgery, possession of stolen or counterfeit checks, theft of a computer, and possession of a controlled substance.   
Also, Duluth Police are still seeking the public’s help in locating JESSE LEE MUELLNER,DOB 10/04/1990. He was listed as the DULUTH POLICE “Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week on November 29th, 2012.

Jesse Muellner has FOUR warrants for his arrest, TWO of which are felony warrants. The first is for violation of probation stemming from a 5th degree possession of a controlled substance case and the second is for failure to appear on check forgery charges.      
If anyone has information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Haley Engstad or Jesse Muellner, they are asked to call 911.
