The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender ERICH DEOLAX RIKER, DOB: 06/23/1976. ERICH RIKER is currently living in the vicinity of 20th Avenue West and Superior Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
RIKER has a history of sexual contact with juvenile females (age 10-14). Contact has included penetration. RIKER gained compliance is at least one instance through use of an accomplice. One victim was vulnerable due to developmental disability. RIKER was both known and unknown to victims.

Weight: 130 pounds
Eyes: Hazel
Build: Slender
Complexion: Fair
