NATURE OF INCIDENT: 5 Arrested for 1st Degree Sale of Cocaine

On Thursday, January 3^rd, 2013 Investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and the Duluth Police Department executed a search warrant in the 300 block of North 4th Avenue West in the City of Duluth. The warrant was served in the course of an investigation into an organized group involved in the sale of crack cocaine from the residence.

During the execution of the warrant, a quantity of crack cocaine, currency, and other evidence was seized. Five suspects were arrested and booked at the Saint Louis County Jail on charges of 1st Degree Sale of Cocaine.

They are identified as follows:

· Prentice Anthony Wideman DOB: 07/04/1984

· Kenyon Rashawn Latham DOB: 09/05/1991

· Loretta Ann McGowan DOB: 08/23/1951

· Vincent Leroy McGowan DOB: 09/07/1953

· Jerome Alonzo Dumetz DOB: 07/23/1988

On Monday, January 7^th, 2013, all 5 suspects were formally charged by the Saint Louis County Attorney’s Office.
