[Duluth, MN] – Duluth Mayor Don Ness, Chief Administrative Officer David Montgomery, and City Attorney Gunnar Johnson will hold a news conference today, January 14, 2013 at 12:30 P.M. at Duluth City Hall, Mayor's Reception Room (Room 405), in response to the decision issued this morning by the United States Court of Appeals re: City of Duluth v. Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.
City officials will make remarks and be available for questions.
