The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals shown in the images captured by a surveillance camera. In the first image the suspects are a white male and white female. The second image is a white female suspect wearing a grey jacket with black scarf.
These individuals are suspected in a motor vehicle theft in Duluth as well as a burglary occurring in Detroit Lakes, MN.
