SUBJECT: Water Main Break in Piedmont Neighborhood

Water Main Break Effects Many Piedmont Residents

 

A water main break in the Piedmont Heights area has affected the water supply to a large number of residents. City crews will be working into the night to locate and repair the break. The areas affected are Adirondack Street, Allegheny Street, Appalachian Avenue, Catskill Street, Gearhart Street, Hillcrest Drive, Hutchinson Road, lower Ozark Street, Piedmont Avenue, Selkirk Avenue, Springvale Road, and Tyrol Street.

Residents needing water can go to the Cottonwood, Maple Grove or 27th Avenue West and Superior Street Fire Halls to get water for use at their home while the break is being repaired.  We ask that residents bring THEIR OWN containers to fill with water. 

We appreciate the public’s patience while we work to restore water to the Piedmont neighborhood.
