The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public about the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender WESLEY GORDON VANDELL, DOB: 11/08/1970.
VANDELL is currently living in the vicinity of 11th Avenue East & Second Street, Duluth, MN 55805.
VANDELL has a history of sexual contact with victims (females, ages 13-16). Contact included penetration. VANDELL also videotaped the assaults. VANDELL gained compliance by holding parties in his home and providing alcohol to the victims. VANDELL was known to the victims.
