James Garasha has a Felony Warrant for his arrest for Probation Violation stemming from a burglary case, number 69DU-CR-08-360. 
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating James Garasha. If anyone has information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Garasha they are asked to call 911.
UPDATE:
On Thursday, February 7th, 2012 at 4:15 PM Duluth Police put out a press release seeking the public’s assistance in locating James Garasha. On Friday, February 8th, 2012 at 8:11 AM Duluth Police received information that Garasha was at the Fon Du Luth Casino, 129 East Superior Street. Officers arrived and arrested Garasha without incident. He was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail and booked on the Felony Warrant.
