INCIDENT LOCATION: Subway, 1931 London Road
On Tuesday, February 19th, 2013 at 12:40 AM Duluth Police were called to Subway, 1931 London Road on an armed robbery.
Initial investigation revealed that two suspects entered the Subway, one displayed a handgun and the other went behind the counter and ordered an employee to open the cash drawer. That suspect then took an undisclosed amount of cash out and both suspects fled the store.
The suspects were described as follows:
1) Black male, 5’ 10”, average build, medium complexion, in his thirties wearing a hooded coat, black pants and shoes, a multi-colored scarf and red/white stocking cap.
2) Black male, 6’1” average build, medium complexion, all black clothes and jacket with a Nike emblem on it, he was wearing something that covered the bottom of his face.
Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to call 911. This is an active investigation. No further information is available at this time.
