Community meeting to discuss rezoning of the Central High School site

 

[Duluth, MN]- The City of Duluth Planning Division and ISD 709 will be hosting a community meeting to discuss the rezoning of Central High School. The meeting to discuss this matter is scheduled for Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in Room 303 of Duluth City Hall. The proposed rezoning includes change the zoning from Residential Traditional (R-1) to Parks (P), Urban Residential (R-2) and Mixed Use Business (MU-B). The public is invited to come and share your views and comments regarding this rezoning.

The matter will then be considered by the Duluth Planning Commission at a public hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 5:00 pm in City Council Chambers. Any community members with interest in this matter are highly recommended to attend the community meeting or public hearing. Public comments are also being accepted in writing to the Community Development Office at 411 West First Street, Room 407 Duluth, MN, 55811.
