INCIDENT LOCATION: 100 block Eden Lane
On Sunday, February 24th, 2013 at 3:57 AM Duluth Police were called to the 100 block of Eden Lane for two male suspects seen prowling vehicles.
Officers arrived and located the two suspects inside a vehicle at Belmont Street and 10th Avenue East. One suspect was detained and the other fled on foot and apprehended a short distance away. They were identified as Forrest Reyna, a 22 year old male resident of Duluth and Jacob Feste, an 18 year old male resident of Duluth. Both had items in their possession stolen during the vehicle prowls and admitted to entering several vehicles in the area. The suspects entered only unlocked vehicles and took small electronics, chargers, and miscellaneous items.
Forrest Reyna was arrested for Motor Vehicle Tampering and Jacob Feste was arrested for Motor Vehicle Tampering, Fleeing on Foot and Underage Consumption. Both were transported to the Saint Louis County Jail cited, lodged and later released.
