INCIDENT LOCATION: 3605 Piedmont Avenue
On Wednesday, March 20th, 2013 at 1:16 AM the Duluth Police Department and Duluth Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 3605 Piedmont Avenue.
The house was abandoned and vacant. Suspect (s) made forced entry to the back door of the house. Arson investigators have determined the fire was arson and the house was a complete loss.
Duluth Police Department and Duluth Fire Department officials are seeking the public’s assistance. Anyone with any information or who may have seen a person or vehicle in the area of the 3600 block of Piedmont Avenue between approximately 12:15 AM & 1:15 AM this morning is asked to call Duluth Police Arson Investigator Todd Kuusisto at (218) 730-5709.
Also, you can contact the Arson Hotline at 1-800-723-2020. Rewards are offered up to $2,500 for information leading to the identification of persons responsible for this fire.
