The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender DAVID ROBERT HOULE, DOB: 07/27/1960.
HOULE is currently living in the vicinity of 20th Avenue West & Superior Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
HOULE has a history of forced sexual contact and physical assault with adult females. Contact has included fondling. Offender was not previously known to victims.
