INCIDENT LOCATION: 17th Avenue East & 8th Street
On Wednesday, April 24th, 2013 at 9:54 PM Duluth Police were called to a disturbance call in the area of 17th Avenue East & 8th Street.
Initial investigation revealed that a 31 year old male was stabbed in the stomach during an altercation in that area. The suspect was identified as Clifford Skinaway, a 42 year old male resident of Duluth. Both the suspect and victim knew each other.
Skinaway was arrested for 2nd Degree Assault and transported to the Saint Louis County Jail.
The victim was treated at Saint Luke’s Hospital and is in stable condition.
