Thomas Swanson has a felony warrant for his arrest for 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin), 69DU-CR-13-790.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Thomas Swanson. If anyone has any information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Swanson they are asked to call 911.
