Morgan Sudduth has a felony warrant, # 69DU-CR-123844, for his arrest for violation of supervised release stemming from a mail theft and theft of a computer case.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Morgan Sudduth. If anyone has information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Sudduth they are asked to call 911.
UPDATE:
We have just learned that at the time of this original press release Morgan Sudduth was already in custody in Mille Lacs County Jail.
