Thomas Swanson has a felony warrant for his arrest for 5th Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin), 69DU-CR-13-790.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Thomas Swanson. If anyone has any information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Swanson they are asked to call 911.
UPDATE:
Thomas Swanson learned through Facebook that he was the Duluth Police “Wanted Person of the Week” and he contacted our Property Crimes Unit Sergeant. He arranged to go to the Saint Louis County Courthouse and turn himself in which he did at the appointed time. The warrant was quashed on May, 28th, 2013.
