The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender WILLIE JAMES VAUGHN-BEY DOB: 12/16/1961.
VAUGHN-BEY is currently living in the vicinity of 22nd Avenue West & Fifth Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
VAUGHN-BEY has a history of sexual contact with female victims (age 14-adult). Contact with the 14-year-old included fondling; contact with the adult victim involved penetration. Offender was known to the juvenile victim. Offender met adult victim for the first time just prior to offense. Offender gained access to adult victim after meeting her and being offered a ride home.
