Seth Nelson has a felony warrant for his arrest for violation of probation stemming from a 1st degree criminal damage to property, #69DU-CR-10-3675.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating Nelson. If anyone has information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Nelson they are asked to call 911.
