Mayor Ness To Present 2014 Budget Proposal  
  
[Duluth, MN]  Duluth Mayor Don Ness will present his 2014 Budget Proposal at the Finance Committee Meeting tonight at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chamber, 3rd Floor of Duluth City Hall. Under the Mayor’s proposal, the property tax levy remains flat (0% increase) meaning a small tax rate decrease. The City has not experienced a 0% property tax levy increase since 2000.
