[Duluth] - The Saint Louis County Attorney’s Office has completed the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) case review of the June 11th, 2013 officer involved shooting incident that occurred in the 300 block of East Locust Street.  They found the amount of force used by Duluth Police Officers Matthew Hendrickson and Jacob Peterson was authorized by statute and justified by the circumstances. 
The Duluth Police Department will be holding a news conference at 2:30PM today to discuss the incident. The news conference will take place in the Public Safety Building Training Room, 2030 North Arlington Avenue.  Only credentialed media are allowed.  Copies of the case review will be provided.
