DULUTH POLICE “Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week” – ARRESTED!

Height: 6’0”
Weight: 160
Eyes: Hazel
Hair: Blonde
Jesse Hanninen has felony warrants for his arrest stemming from Possession of a Controlled Substance, Financial Transaction Card Fraud, and Burglary cases, 69DU-CR-12-1302, 69DU-CR-12-4167, and 69DU-CR-12-4243.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Jesse Hanninen. Anyone with information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Hanninen is asked to call 911.
UPDATE:
On Thursday, September 19th, 2013 at 12:12PM a Duluth Police Officer spotted Jesse Hanninen in the 200 block of North 2nd Avenue East. He fled on foot southbound and two Duluth Police Officers chased after him on foot and caught then arrested him at 2nd Avenue East and 1st Street.
Hanninen was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail for 3 felony warrants and issued a citation for Fleeing a Police Officer on Foot and Obstructing Legal Process Without Force.
