CASE NO.: 13203329
INCIDENT DATE: 9/26/2013
INCIDENT TIME: 8:33 PM
INCIDENT LOCATION: 4500 block Cooke Street

 

On Thursday, September 26th, 2013 at 8:33 PM Duluth Police took a missing person report from a residence in the 4500 block of Cooke Street. 
Parents of Joshua David Emerson reported that he had left the house and sounded very distraught and emotional. He had recently suffered two concussions and is under a doctor’s watch. He left the house on an orange “Mongoose” brand, freestyle/bmx bike.
 Joshua Emerson is described as follows:
  • White male
  • 5’ 7” tall
  • 140 pounds
Duluth Police and the Saint Louis County Rescue squad along with friends and family have been searching for Joshua Emerson overnight. He was entered into the NCIC (National Crime Information Center) at 8:33PM as a missing person. If anyone has any information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Joshua Emerson they are asked to call 911.
UPDATE:
Johsua Emerson was located on September 27th, 2013 at approximately 7:30 AM walking on Lester River Road.
