Justin Thatcher has a felony warrant for his arrest for violation of probation stemming from a financial transaction card fraud case, #69DU-CR-10-3318.
The Duluth Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Thatcher. If anyone has information has seen or knows the whereabouts of Thatcher they are asked to call 911.
UPDATE...
On 09/29/2013 at approximately 9:25 am Duluth Police received a 911 call that Thatcher was in the 2200 block of W. 2nd St. Upon arrival, squads locate Thatcher. Thatcher leads police on a short foot chase before being caught, arrested and lodged at the St. Louis County Jail on his outstanding warrant. The Duluth Police Department thanks the public for their assistance in apprehending Thatcher.
