The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the release and relocation of Level III Predatory Offender ERIC DEVONE PEGUES, DOB: 02/23/1982.
PEGUES is currently living in vicinity of 22nd Avenue West and Second Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
PEGUES and an accomplice engaged in sexual contact with the victim (female, 13 years old). Contact included PEGUES and an accomplice approaching the victim, forcing her to go to a party with them and attempting to have her perform oral sex in a bathroom. The accomplice then used force and threats to gain compliance. PEGUES and the accomplice were not known to the victim.
The physical description of PEGUES is:

Height: 5’ 10”
Weight: 205 pounds
Eyes: Brown
