A representative from the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota will present the award to Mayor Ness. Other speakers will include a representative from the Healthy Duluth Area Coalition and Cyclists of Gitchee Gummee Shores (COGGS). Attendees are encouraged to arrive by bicycle.
