The Duluth Police Department would like to notify the public on the relocation of Level III Predatory Offender ERICH DEOLAX RIKER, DOB: 06/23/1976.
RIKER is currently living in vicinity of 20th Avenue West & Superior Street, Duluth, MN 55806.
RIKER has a history of sexual contact with minor female victims (age 10-14). The contact included penetration. RIKER gained compliance in at least one instance through use of an accomplice. One victim was vulnerable due to a developmental disability. Offender was both known and unknown to victims.

Height: 5’10”
Weight: 130 pounds
Eyes: Hazel
Build: Slender
Complexion: Fair
