 Duluth Police make two arrests in connection with a stabbing from Dec. 2012

On Friday, December 21st, 2012 at 10:06 PM the Duluth Police Department was sent to a stabbing at a duplex in the #10 block of East 7th Street.

The initial investigation found that the victim Kevin John Tyman, a 54 year old resident of Duluth, went to a neighboring apartment and reported that he had just been stabbed and asked for them to call an ambulance. Officers arrived and found the victim with a life threatening stab wound.

 Tyman was taken to Essentia/St. Mary’s hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance and died at 11:36 PM.

 Today, the Duluth Police Department made two arrests in connection with this case.

 

Joella Lee Tucker, 32, of Duluth

Raymond Charles Weeks, 42, of Two Harbors

 

Both were arrested today on warrants for 2nd Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit 2nd Degree Murder.

 Deputy Chief Robin Roeser will be available to answer questions at 3:30 PM today at the Public Safety Building.
