Four Arrested for Sale of Heroin and Related Charges

On 11/18/13 members of the Duluth Police Department Tactical Response Team (TRT) executed two search warrants at 2222 West 3^rd Street apartments #1 and #3. The search warrants were obtained during an investigation by the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force. The investigation focused on the sale of heroin and marijuana from the two apartments. The Tactical Response Team was used due to the presence of firearms at these residences where drugs were being sold.

During the execution of the search warrants loaded firearms were found in both residences. Four children were also present inside Bonilla and Cortes apartment when the search warrant was executed. Four people that were taken into custody on 11/18/13 and formally charged in Saint Louis County District Court this morning.

Jeremiah Lee Bonilla 01/07/87 – charged with 3^rd degree sale of heroin, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Child Endangerment.

Adrianna Rose Cortes 04/06/88 – charged with Child Endangerment

David Joel Adams 04/27/87 – charged with 5^th degree sale of marijuana

Roberto Villalobos 08/13/85 – charged with two counts of 3^rd degree sale of heroin
