Duluth Police Arrest Three in Aggrevated Robbery

On 11/20/13 at approximately 10:31 p.m., 911 received a call from a male victim who stated that he had just been robbed and assaulted in the 400 block of East Superior St by 4-5 black males.  A second victim reported the same information to 911 as well.  Approaching squads locate a vehicle leaving the scene with numerous occupants inside matching the suspect’s description.  Duluth Police stopped the vehicle and arrested three male suspects. 

  • Malik Ronnell Payne 06/20/1994 – Charged with Aggravated Robbery
  • Martise Lawon Hill 06/18/1995 – Charged with Aggravated Robbery
  • Andre Dejaen Ward 08/29/1998 – Charged with Aggravated Robbery

All three males were lodged at the St. Louis County Jail and formally charged in St. Louis County court for the offenses.
