 Public Meeting to Discuss Revisions to Zoning Regulations

 
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Planning Division invites the public to a public information meeting to discuss additional revisions to the City’s zoning code, known as the Unified Development Chapter (UDC). The new UDC was adopted in 2010. Regular reviews of the UDC are necessary to ensure the UDC meets current land use standards.
 
The public is encouraged to attend the meeting which is being held on Monday, December 2, 2013, at 5:00 pm in Duluth City Hall, Room 303 (411 West First Street). Input gathered from the public meeting will be forwarded to the Planning Commission, who will review the proposed changes at a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10th, 2013, 5:00 pm in the Council Chambers, Duluth City Hall.
