City to start snow removal operations Monday at 2 AM
 
[Duluth, MN] - The City of Duluth Maintenance Operations crews will be out Monday to reduce snow banks in downtown Duluth starting at 2:00 AM. Snow removal operations will cover several critical areas in downtown using 31 pieces of equipment. The operations will cease at 7:00 AM so as not to delay early morning rush hour. Snow removal will resume again on Tuesday morning during the same time period. Additional snow removal operations will be announced depending on progress and weather conditions.  
 
The public is requested to remove their vehicles from the streets and avenues before 2:00 AM in downtown Duluth to avoid ticketing and towing by the Duluth Police Department.
