2013 Holiday Lighting Contest Winners to be Announced December 19
 
[Duluth, MN] - Mayor Don Ness will announce the 2013 Holiday Lighting Contest winners on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 405 of Duluth City Hall. Holiday lighting entrants were reviewed by a panel of judges in a number of categories ranging from the Spirit Award to Master’s Division. Area residents still have an opportunity to vote online for their favorite display in the category of “People’s Choice.” The “People’s Choice” poll closes today, December 16, at 5:00 p.m.
